Following on from some long term pro bono work we did
Thought I'd bring you up to date with our progress. The building is still due to be handed over to the Housing Association on 26th Nov. We were able to get in to see the flat 2 weeks ago and it is brilliant. Helen is really excited about it all and really looking forward to moving in. Helen's mortgage seems to be going ahead with no problems. She has been allocated 50 hours support in addition to access to the 24/7 support that will be shared by everybody. All in all things are going really well at the moment and we are busy "spend, spend, spending" and finding out that Helen has really expensive tastes! Hopefully she will move in by beginning of the new year.
Thanks for all the help that you have given us as I doubt we'd have got this far without it. We will keep you posted and hope that you will be one of the first to visit the palace for a cuppa and a tour!
