Kellie Woodley
Associate Consultant
Kellie currently works for Skills for People within Newcastle Upon Tyne and is an Associate Consultant with Paradigm having recently carried out many pieces of work. Kellie has led on self directed support within a New Partnerships region, resulting in great successes for people and their families. She supported both families and the Local Authority to support people to take Individual Budgets. In addition to this Kellie has had lots of experience working in and around person centred approaches and planning. Kellie has worked for many years within the voluntary sector specifically designing and supporting real partnership working with the statutory sector.
Kellie most recently is working as an Independent Mental Capacity Advocate supporting people with complex needs to be at the heart of decision making and currently works for Skills for People within Newcastle Upon Tyne.
