Paradigm is the leading consultancy, training and development agency in the field of disability. Paradigm has played an important part in the development and promotion of person centred approaches, self directed support and individualised budgets and helped many organisations to achieve significant change. Location
We are based in Birkenhead, in Merseyside, where we have a small team of talented admin and finance staff. From here, we manage all of Paradigm’s administration, events and finances. Our Consultants are dotted throughout the UK, ensuring that we have comprehensive coverage of the whole country, and tend to work form home when not out working with customers.
Pro Bono work
Each year, we do a programme of work directly with people and families for which there is no charge (what we call pro bono work). More details can be obtained from contacting our office.
Our range of services
We provide a broad range of products and services including consultancy, training, events, publications, projects, research and development. Our customers include international, national (including Department of Health, Department for Education and Skills, Office for Disability Issues, Learning and Skills Council, Connexions, Commission for Social Care Improvement, Valuing People Support Team, Care Services Improvement Partnership and the Department for Communities and Local Government), regional and local government agencies, support providers, educational establishments, campaigning and advocacy groups, and community organisations. We work across the range of disability and age range and have an unrivalled portfolio of work. We have worked with many of our customers for a number of years, building effective long term relationships to bring about positive change.
