Ethics

All of our staff and consultants:
- Will fully subscribe to Paradigm’s mission and values
- Will ensure that any work meets the mission and values of Paradigm
- Promote people with learning disabilities in the best possible light and always seek opportunities for them to be involved in the design of work and provision of consultancy
- As soon as practically possible alert the Managing Director of Paradigm and the Customer’s Contract Manager if they become aware of any abuse, neglect or infringement of human and civil rights within the customer’s own services or any related provision
- Respect the confidentiality of personal information and commercially sensitive information of customers obtained through work
- Treat all people with fairness and respect and not disadvantage or discriminate against any person
- Use their best endeavours in all work to ensure the highest possible standards in meeting contractual expectations and time-scales
- Communicate regularly with customers around any circumstance which might change the nature of the work undertaken or the time-scale in achieving it
Comply with all legislation, guidance and commonly accepted notions of good practice - Disclose any personal or financial conflict of interest that might arise in a piece of work
- Always attempt to develop lasting solutions in consultancy that do not breed dependence on outside consultants and which promote participative work practices
- Not to undertake any work for which they do not have the skills and experience
- To use their best endeavours to keep consultancy costs and expenses as low as possible
- To fulfil all contractual obligations with customers and Paradigm
- To respect the commercial confidence of Paradigm
