In Control
Paradigm was one of the original organisations that helped create In Control and do the very early development work of self directed support. Until the summer of 2008, Simon Duffy was seconded from Paradigm to In Control. We provide a number of services to, with and on behalf of In Control.
CSIP
Paradigm has worked with CSIP and the Valuing People Support Team on a number of pieces of work. This has involved running networks, Action Learning Sets, writing policy guidance, support to team members and the co-production of Reach
Offshoot Events
Offshoot run all of Paradigm's events, handle the planning, administration and booking. They also offer this service to other interested organisations.
Design Principles
Design Principles are our graphic designers. They provide all of our design work for our printed materials, and much of the photography we use. Based in Warwickshire.
Colourjay
Colourjay has been our printers from the outset, producing all of our printed material. Like Paradigm, they are based in Birkenhead.
Belbin Associates
Through the Belbin organisation, we provide individual and team assessments based on Belbin's team roles.
University of Lancaster
In partnership with the University of Lancaster, we run the highly acclaimed Certificate in the Management and Leadership of Learning Disability Services.
