Creating Positive Cultures. Bold Leaders working together – A National Project.


We’re looking to create a network of eight dynamic & innovative organisations who are prepared to lead the way. This will involve: Working collaboratively with seven other organisations to build on the thinking started with John O’Brien on Sept 5th listening to a wide range of perspectives to develop policies and procedures that concentrate on what staff could do rather than on what they must not do Challenging the risk averse culture we operate in, and converting that dissatisfaction into practical and positive action Engaging with CQC to have them endorse the process being used and the objectives of the EAOL approach. Having CQC as an ally rather than a mythical adversary.
