Training & Development

All of our training is designed to promote ordinary lives for all and designed around the themes developed through our National Ordinary Life network. These are detailed in the image below.

You may spot that much of our training pulls on the key outcomes of the Common Induction Standards which organisations often find very helpful.

You can choose training that is ‘off shelf’ or you can call us to describe your needs and we can design bespoke training for you. We can skilfully weave the Common Induction Standards into training. The most important aspect for us is to provide training that works for you that is inspiring, informative, challenging yet practical. It is about improving how we support all! We are very passionate about training.
